In-Hand: ₹24,000
Shift Timings
Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (Starting from 7:00 AM, 24x7 coverage)
Female Candidates: Day Shifts (Any 9 hours till 8:00 PM)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service
Must clear the Versant Test with a minimum score of 4
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, chats, and emails
Provide accurate information on flight bookings, schedules, and policies
Manage inbound and outbound interactions professionally
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
Support back-office operations such as documentation and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
