Job Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients. Your main responsibility is to make outbound calls, handle inbound queries, explain services, and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients or delivery riders
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Handle incoming queries over phone or WhatsApp
- Maintain a record of calls and client details
- Follow up on previous interactions and leads
- Support recruitment or onboarding coordination of delivery partners (if needed)
- Coordinate with internal teams as required
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web)
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly attitude and customer-focused approach
