BPO Credit Card Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive individuals to join our BPO sales team for credit card acquisition. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and converting leads into successful credit card applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries to promote and sell credit cards.
Explain credit card features, eligibility criteria, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and ensure timely closure of sales.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
Previous experience in telesales, BPO, or banking/finance sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to handle objections confidently and close sales.
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
