Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team so that they can achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching for improvement.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance productivity and conversion rates.

• Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.

• Handle escalations and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of telesales and outbound sales processes.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and people–management skills.

• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve overall team performance.
