Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 40 employees to achieve targets and KPIs.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Ensure timely resolution of queries, issues, and escalations.
Train and onboard new team members.
Motivate and mentor team members to enhance productivity and engagement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
Maintain reports on team performance, attendance, and targets.
Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
