We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader with BPO experience in the loan sector to lead our customer service and sales team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team performance.Job SummaryThe Team Leader will oversee a team responsible for customer service, sales, and client relationship management for our Ayurvedic products. Leveraging their BPO loan sector experience, the candidate will ensure high-quality customer interactions, meet sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and process management skills to drive team performance and align with the company’s mission of promoting Ayurvedic wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service and sales representatives to achieve performance goals.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality customer interactions, addressing queries, complaints, and feedback related to Ayurvedic products.Sales Targets: Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets for Ayurvedic products through effective call handling and upselling techniques.Process Adherence: Implement and monitor BPO processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge of Ayurvedic products, customer service skills, and sales strategies.Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics (e.g., call quality, resolution time, sales conversions) and provide feedback for improvement.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Operations Manager.Customer Retention: Develop strategies to retain customers and build long-term relationships through personalized service.Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align team efforts with company goals.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 3-5 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role in the loan sector.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with loan processing, customer service, and sales in a BPO setting; knowledge of Ayurvedic products is a plus.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Hindi/English or other relevant languages].Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements.Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and BPO tools/systems.Adaptability: Ability to adapt BPO loan sector experience to the Ayurvedic industry’s unique requirements.Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in leadership or customer service are a plus.Key CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and team-building skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPassion for promoting health and wellness through Ayurvedic productsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work in a growing Ayurvedic company with a mission to promote holistic wellness.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Chance to apply BPO expertise in a unique and meaningful industry.
