Follow a structured sales pipeline: Enquiry → Counselling → Follow-up → Conversion
Conduct needs-based counselling to understand student goals and pitch the right course
Maintain high conversion ratios through strong follow-up discipline
Make outbound calls to fresh leads from digital, referral, and database sources
Handle inbound enquiry calls with confidence & pitch course benefits
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/lead tracker regularly
Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads to maximize admissions
Counsel walk-ins and convert footfall into admissions
Participate in student events, seminars, workshops & admission campaigns
Strong communication & convincing skills
Aggressive sales mindset with hunger for targets
Ability to handle pressure & follow a structured sales process
Fluency in English, Bengali & Hindi preferred
Basic computer / CRM skills
Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
1–4 years of experience in education sales / counselling / telecalling / front desk
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
