About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our team.

The role involves counseling prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them choose the right program based on their interests, potential, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and guide prospective students and parents about suitable programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins effectively.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.

Convert inquiries into successful admissions and achieve enrollment targets.

Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.

Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Attend regular training sessions for personal and professional development.
