1. Lead Conversion & Counselling
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
Counsel prospective students on courses, batch timings, and fee structures.
Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program.
2. Sales & Enrollment
Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits and outcomes.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email until closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
3. Relationship Management
Maintain a positive relationship with students before and after enrollment.
Handle queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with trainers and the admin team for smooth batch allocation.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Previous experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
