Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our courses and programs.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and clarity.
Explain course structure, duration, fees, and exam preparation strategy clearly and convincingly.
Maintain and update student databases and follow up on leads regularly.
Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for demo class scheduling and student onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly admission/conversion targets.
Gather feedback and help improve student engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Any discipline).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (education sector preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented and positive attitude toward targets.
