About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in their academic and career journey. The role involves academic counselling, lead generation and conversion, student engagement, and collaboration with the admissions and academic teams. You will also support the marketing team in digital campaigns, webinars, and online engagement activities. If you are passionate about mentoring students, driving enrolments, and shaping their future, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways

• Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to support student success

• Generate and follow up on leads from inbound enquiries, referrals, and outreach

• Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process

• Support in converting enquiries into successful enrolments

• Organise and participate in student engagement activities (workshops, webinars, orientation programs)

• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, content sharing, and online student engagement (social media, webinars, blogs, etc.)

• Work closely with admissions, faculty, and academic teams for smooth processes

• Maintain accurate counselling records and provide regular progress reports

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Any)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate students

• Prior experience in counselling / academic support is an advantage

• Comfortable with digital tools and supporting online engagement activities

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Location: Changannur, Kallissery, Alappuzha

• Schedule: Day shift / 6 days a week
