Installation and Commissioning: 1. Inspect site readiness and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) provision prior to installation. 2. Install and commission washer, dryer, dry-cleaning, flatwork ironer, finishing equipment and other commercial laundry equipment. 3. Conduct electrical and plumbing connections in accordance with manufacturer specs and local standards. 4. Ensure machine calibration, testing, and handover to client. Maintenance and Servicing: 1. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and minimize downtime. 2. Perform diagnostic checks to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and programming issues. Repairs and Troubleshooting: 1. Diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. 2. Replace faulty components and ensure repairs are completed to industry standards. Technical Support: 1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, resolving operational and technical issues. 2. Train end-users on proper machine operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Documentation and Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and spare parts usage. 2. Prepare detailed service reports for internal and client use. Customer Interaction: 1. Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. 2. Offer recommendations for upgrades or additional services based on client needs. Compliance and Safety: 1. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all service activities. 2. Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces meet safety and operational standards.
