Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician to support our technical operations and ensure smooth installation, maintenance, and service of equipment or systems used by Cloud Ads. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and service digital display systems, LED screens, or advertising equipment at client locations.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Diagnose and repair hardware or connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain service logs, installation records, and client reports.
• Ensure proper safety measures and company standards are followed during field work.
• Assist in testing and configuring new digital advertising systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues within deadlines.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, LED setups, or IT hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking, wiring, and installation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites when required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
