Position Summary

The Assembling Technician at Tata Electronics is responsible for precision assembly of electronic components and devices, ensuring adherence to strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves working with advanced tools, machines, and cleanroom environments to support high-volume manufacturing of electronics and semiconductor components.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and engineering drawings.

• Operate precision equipment, microscopes, and tools to handle micro-components.

• Inspect, test, and verify assembled products to ensure compliance with Tata Electronics’ quality standards.

• Identify defects, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate technical problems when required.

• Maintain accuracy in documentation, production logs, and reporting systems.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams to continuously improve processes.

• Support machine set-up, calibration, and preventive maintenance when required.

  Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

  • Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
