Job Title: IP CCTV, Access Control System, Boom Barrier & Fire Alarm System Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IP CCTV, PA System, Access Control System, Boom Barrier with RFID Reader & Fire Alarm System Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IP CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and associated security and safety technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to ensuring the safety and security to our clients.
Installation & Setup - Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, fire alarm panels, detectors, and related devices
Run cables, terminate wires, and ensure compliance with electrical and safety codes.
Maintenance & Repair - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on surveillance and fire alarm systems.
Diagnose and repair system faults or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
System Testing & Commissioning - Test system functionality, including camera angles, image quality, sensor triggers, and alarm response.
Program and calibrate fire alarm control panels and CCTV software interfaces
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate service logs, technical documentation, and system configurations
Provide detailed reports on repairs, installations, and inspections.
Compliance & Safety - Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local fire codes, electrical regulations, and company safety policies.
Assist in audits, inspections, and certifications as required
Qualifications: Education - Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV and/or fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
Technical Skills - Familiarity with different brands/models of CCTV (Honeywell, CP Plus, Bosch, Axis) and Fire Alarm Systems (Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier, Agni)
Knowledge of networking basics, IP configurations, and cabling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Other Requirement - Valid driver’s license (if field work is required)
Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Work Conditions - May involve working in confined spaces, rooftops, or construction environments
On-call availability for emergency maintenance may be required
Physical stamina to lift equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
