JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer with expertise in CCTV, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, and related surveillance technologies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, installation support, system configuration, troubleshooting, and After-sales service for our clients across various projects and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, PA-Systems, Fire Alarm, and other ELV systems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients and project teams.
• Handle troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of hardware/software issues.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with project teams for seamless implementation.
• Assist in system integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, service reports, and system layouts.
• Train end-users or clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with PROJECT MANAGER & NETWORK ENGINEER.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering, along with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role as a Technical Support Engineer.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Skills in CCTV Camera, Audio-Video Solutions, knowledge about fibre solutions, and PA system.
• Flexibility to serve as a backup engineer when necessary.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
• Robust analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Exceptional customer support and service capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently
