Role Summary: The Technical Partner will act as a bridge between technical teams and management, ensuring efficient service delivery and innovation in automotive repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance service efficiency.

· Collaborate with Technical partner team and Area Manager to resolve complex technical issues.

· Provide training and mentorship to technicians on new technologies.

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

· Improvement in service turnaround times.

· Reduction in technical errors and rework.
