Installation and Commissioning:  Supervise the installation of lift and elevator systems as per the company’s and client’s specifications.  Perform final system checks and ensure smooth commissioning of the lift systems.  Coordinate with contractors and engineers to address on-site challenges. 2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:  Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal lift performance.  Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including mechanical and electrical faults.  Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide prompt solutions. 3. Technical Support and Documentation:  Provide technical support and guidance to clients, technicians, and installation teams.  Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.  Prepare technical reports and ensure proper documentation of system performance. 4. Compliance and Safety:  Ensure all lifts and elevator systems meet safety regulations and industry standards.  Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments on lift systems.  Train staff and clients on lift safety protocols and usage guidelines. 5. Product Knowledge and Innovation:  Stay updated on the latest lift and elevator technologies and trends.  Provide feedback to the design and R&D teams for product improvement.  Participate in technical training sessions to enhance expertise. 6. Client Interaction:  Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and offer solutions.  Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 7. Qualifications and Skills:  Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.  Proven experience in lift or elevator installation, maintenance, or technical support.  Strong understanding of lift components, including motors, control systems, and safety mechanisms.  Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the lift industry.  Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
