The technician should be able to diagnose issues quickly, perform routine maintenance, and provide basic training to clients on using the systems. A background in electronics, electrical, or ITI/Diploma is preferred, along with knowledge of basic networking such as IP configurations and LAN setup. The role requires fieldwork, so the candidate must be comfortable with travel and working at heights. Additional experience with biometric systems, access control, or fire alarm systems is a plus. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. A valid two-wheeler license is also preferred.
