Overview 

The Project Associate – Operations at FluxGen is responsible for overseeing installation and service of water and energy monitoring systems. The role involves regular client interaction, issue resolution, and documentation of field operations. It is ideal for hands-on individuals passionate about clean tech and operational efficiency.

Project Associate Responsibilities:

• Ability to travel to the site (anywhere in India) on short notice.

• Installation and commissioning of IoT devices at site.

• Debugging the issues in the field and coordinating with the command center for integration.

• Customer training regarding Meter installation and IoT devices.

• Documentation regarding the field installation and generation of service reports.
  

Project Associate Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Diploma in Electrical & Communications Engineering. (ECE),  Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) candidates.

• Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical trade.

• Fresher or One year of experience in a related field.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Experience using the laptop for a variety of tasks and competency in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
