Job Description (JD):
Ensure 100% attendance with a minimum of 85% attendance per month.
Provide high-quality customer service by installing, servicing, and repairing Aquaguard Water Purifiers, Eureka Forbes
Vacuum Cleaners, and Air Purifiers.
Achieve service call targets and adhere to SOPs.
Ensure mandatory service delivery within assigned timelines.
Job Timing Benefits:
Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, reporting to the BP office.
Location-based service within a 10 km radius, with occasional last-mile calls extending up to 10 km.
No Onboarding Fee: EFL didn’t charge any onboarding fee from the service technicians.
Company Toolkit & Uniform: Provided by the BP and must be returned upon resignation.
