Job Title: Motherboard & Telecom PCB Repair Technician/Engineer
Key Responsibilities
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair on PCBs and telecom hardware.
• Diagnose functional failures by analyzing circuit-level faults.
• Use diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and RF test equipment.
• Execute BIOS re-programming and firmware flashing when required.
• Test and repair passive and active components at the board level.
• Interpret electronic schematics and datasheets for accurate fault isolation.
• Work on telecom products such as RRH, Microcells, MMUs, Control Cards, Channel Cards, and Duplexers.
Required Skills & Competencies
General Board Repair (Motherboard Technician/Engineer)
• Strong knowledge of component identification and IC packages.
• Ability to read datasheets and understand component behavior.
• Familiarity with BIOS programming and chip-level diagnosis.
• Skilled in voltage and signal path diagnosis.
Telecom Product Repair (Telecom Hardware Technician/Engineer)
• Good knowledge of PCB design, schematic tracing, and signal flow.
• Expert in fault tracing using oscilloscope and RF testing tools.
• Experience with telecom base station hardware and embedded board repairs.
• Proficient in firmware flashing and embedded programming tools.
