Key Responsibilities:
Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of equipment or systems according to technical specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand needs and translate them into installation plans.
Perform system testing (e.g., calibration, diagnostics) to verify functionality and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or startup.
Provide training and handover documentation for clients or support teams.
Adhere to industry and company standards, particularly safety and quality protocols.
Maintain detailed records of installation processes, parts, labor, and service reports.
Suggest improvements or optimizations based on installation experiences or client feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diplomas or degrees in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), or a related field.
Experience: Freshers can apply
Proven hands-on experience with installation or commissioning of [specify systems, e.g., machinery, telecom, IT solutions].
Familiarity with tools, instrumentation, and system testing procedures.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of electrical/mechanical schematics, PLCs, network configurations, or industry-specific protocols (e.g., SCADA, automation systems).

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication (both technical and client-facing).
Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently (and as part of a team).
