Job Title: Utility Maintenance Technician

Location: Chakan, Pune

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, pumps, and DG sets.

Ensure proper functioning of all utility equipment to support plant operations.

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Monitor daily operation and logbook entries for chillers, compressors, and electrical utilities.

Maintain AMC and service records for utility equipment.

Coordinate with vendors for major breakdowns or servicing.

Support installation and commissioning of new utility equipment when required.

Ensure safety and compliance with all operational protocols.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with chiller units, HVAC systems, air compressors, DG sets, and water pumps.

Good knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and mechanical utilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Should be willing to work in shifts if required.

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
