Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty BMS PCBs down to the component level using electronic schematics and test equipment.
Perform soldering, desoldering, and rework on SMT and through-hole components.
Inspect PCBs for physical damage, cold joints, burnt components, or broken traces.
Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and power supplies to identify faults.
Replace defective components and verify repair success through functionality testing.
Program microcontrollers or flash firmware as needed for BMS operation.
Document repair actions, findings, and test results in logs or service reports.
Work in compliance with ESD protection standards and safe handling of high-voltage systems.
Coordinate with engineering or QA teams to report recurring issues or suggest design improvements.
Maintain a clean and organized workbench and follow lab protocols.
