Job Summary:

The Technician Helper will assist the Fire Safety team in maintaining, inspecting, and operating fire safety systems and equipment at project sites. The role supports daily operational tasks to ensure compliance with company safety standards and statutory regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist Fire Technicians in installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire safety systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, etc.).

• Support in conducting routine fire drills, safety inspections, and emergency preparedness activities.

• Help in refilling and labeling fire extinguishers and checking their serviceability.

• Carry tools, materials, and equipment required for fieldwork and maintenance tasks.

• Clean and maintain fire safety equipment and storage areas.

• Assist in maintaining records, checklists, and reports related to fire safety inspections.

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

• Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or malfunctions to the Fire Safety Officer or Technician.

• Support during fire emergencies by providing on-ground assistance and crowd management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI (Preferred: Fire & Safety or related field).

• Basic understanding of fire prevention systems and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and able to work in industrial and outdoor environments.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
