Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to customers using polymer products in various applications.
Conduct product trials, application testing, and performance validation at customer sites.
Assist in product development and customization based on customer requirements.
Support the sales team with technical presentations and application knowledge.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and product datasheets.
Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions.
Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production teams for continuous product improvement.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity related to polymer applications.
