Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate solar installation and maintenance activities at site locations.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, technical standards, and quality control procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance.

• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

• Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and maintenance logs.

• Train and guide field technicians to enhance productivity and safety awareness.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

• Proven experience in solar site operations, maintenance, or installation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Preferred:

• Experience with large-scale solar projects.
