We are hiring a Technical Executive for our residential facility management division. The role involves managing technical operations, upkeep of residential towers, and ensuring smooth functioning of all essential services for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG sets, and other building systems
· Maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site with support of technician team
· Conduct regular inspections to identify risks, defects, and maintenance requirements
· Ensure smooth functioning of lifts, water supply, STP, WTP, and fire-fighting systems in residential towers
· Manage common area maintenance including lighting, pumps, and parking facilities
· Address and resolve residents’ technical complaints in coordination with the helpdesk team
· Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor staff during technical coordination, if required
· Upkeep of entire property, including maintenance of high-rise residential buildings
· Preventive and corrective maintenance of residential equipment and services
· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC and emergency breakdowns
· Prepare and maintain technical reports, checklists, and documentation
· Support facility audits, statutory compliance, and safety checks
· Handle short manpower at site when required
Candidate Profile:
· Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
· 2–5 years of experience in residential facility management or building maintenance
· Hands-on knowledge of lifts, STP, WTP, electrical panels, HVAC, fire-fighting, and safety systems
· Experience in managing resident complaints and coordinating with RWAs/societies is preferred
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
