The EV Swapping Station Operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and ensuring uninterrupted uptime of EV battery swapping stations. This role requires a technically skilled, proactive individual who can handle on-site troubleshooting, safety compliance, and coordination with the central operations team.
Manage day-to-day operations of the EV battery swapping station during assigned shift.
Ensure smooth and hassle-free customer experience while swapping batteries.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the station premises.
Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
Inspect electrical and safety equipment (ACDB, earth pits, fire extinguishers, LED boards, etc.).
Conduct grounding/earth tests periodically (e.g., Megger/Earth test every six months).
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
Raise tickets immediately for faults or system anomalies.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for repair work when needed.
Manage and monitor stock of electrical spares and consumables.
Ensure accountability of station assets and report discrepancies.
Maintain logbooks, registers, and records as per company standards.
Submit daily activity and incident reports to the central team.
Collect and share electricity bills/demand notes from electricity boards.
Follow all safety protocols and use PPE/tools as prescribed.
Report accidents, injuries, or on-site incidents immediately.
Maintain 99% uptime of the station (excluding uncontrollable outages).
Stay in constant communication with the central operations team via smartphone/apps.
Inform company of any notices received from electricity boards or authorities.
