We are looking for a Service & Support Engineer to join our technical team. This role requires a hands-on approach to providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation of our products at client locations. Ready to travel all over India with respect to the work assigned for machine installation at client location and future support.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, Commissioning & Pharma Standards:
Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of company products and solutions at client sites.
Vision Inspection and Aggregation Machines in pharmaceutical environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Create detailed installation and commissioning reports for internal records and client documentation.
Train clients on the proper operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues through on-site visits, remote support, and troubleshooting.
Provide prompt responses to client queries and technical concerns.
Follow AMC terms to plan all the client visits
Create report with respect to the issues attended which will work as support document for further assistance.
Client Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Provide on-site training to clients on product functionality, usage, and best practices.
Develop and distribute user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Field Support & Travel:
Travel extensively across India with respect to client location to provide on-site support.
Ensure timely responses to service calls and emergency maintenance requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed logs of service requests, issue resolutions, and client interactions.
Generate service reports and provide feedback for product improvements.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team expertise.
