Position Overview:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel generator sets. The role ensures smooth operation, minimal downtime, and reliable performance of DG systems for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service diesel generator (DG) sets.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks.

• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs.

• Replace or repair faulty components to restore optimal performance.

• Conduct load testing, performance evaluation, and calibration.

• Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

• Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers.

• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and escalations.

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

• Hands-on experience with DG set servicing and maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel for field service as required.
