We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently to different customer locations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product performance, customer satisfaction, and minimal equipment downtime.
Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and perform on-site repairs or part replacements.
Provide technical support and training to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.
Maintain service logs and complete detailed reports on each site visit.
Escalate complex problems to higher technical support when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and effective service.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering field.
1–3 years of experience in a field service or technical support role preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical based on product specialization.
Good problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with tools and testing equipment.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license (as travel is required).
Certification in equipment servicing or maintenance is a plus.
