The following terms and conditions apply to your employment with Welpo India Private Limited:

1. Probation Period

You will be on probation for a period of [3/6 months] from your date of joining.

Confirmation of employment will be based on performance and conduct during this period.

2. Working Hours

Your normal working hours will be [time e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday].

You may be required to work additional hours depending on business needs.

3. Leave Policy

You will be entitled to [X] days of paid leave per year after confirmation.

Leave must be approved in advance by your reporting manager.

4. Salary & Benefits

Your salary will be as per the details shared in your Offer Letter / Appointment Letter.

Salary will be credited monthly to your bank account.

5. Confidentiality

You are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company data, client details, and business operations.

Any breach of confidentiality may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.

6. Code of Conduct

You are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical behavior at all times.

Misconduct, absenteeism without notice, or violation of company rules will attract action.

7. Notice Period

In case you wish to resign, you must provide [30 days / 60 days] written notice.

The company also reserves the right to terminate employment with similar notice or salary in lieu of notice.

8. Company Property

Any company property (ID card, laptop, tools, documents) must be returned at the time of exit.

Failure to return company property may result in deductions from final settlement.

9. Transfer & Assignment

You may be transferred to any branch/location/project of the company depending on business requirements.

10. Termination of Employment

Employment may be terminated on grounds of non-performance, misconduct, breach of trust, or violation of company policy.
