We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Ather EV dealership team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience while maintaining high standards of customer care and workshop coordination.
Greet customers and understand their service/repair needs
Open job cards, prepare repair estimates, and explain service details to customers
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service and quality control
Keep customers updated on job status and handle any escalations smoothly
Conduct vehicle delivery post-service and explain the work done
Promote service add-ons, EV care packages, and upsell value-added services
Maintain service records, customer feedback, and generate daily reports
Ensure compliance with Ather's service quality standards and protocols
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Technical understanding of two-wheeler EVs preferred
Basic knowledge of DMS/CRM systems
Organized, proactive, and good at multitasking
Fluent in Hindi and English
Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Automobile or Mechanical preferred)
1–3 years of experience in a similar role (EV experience is a plus)
