Maintain proper documentation of service records, job cards, and warranty claims.
Achieve monthly targets related to service revenue, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and build long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the parts department for parts availability and job completion.
Follow safety, quality, and company standards at all times.
