Job Title: Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their service requirements related to tyres, batteries, wheel balancing, alignment, and related services.

• Provide technical guidance and product recommendations (tyres, batteries, accessories) for both cars and bikes.

• Create job cards, record customer complaints, and ensure accurate service estimation. Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely service delivery.

• Conduct vehicle inspection and explain findings/recommendations to customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services where beneficial to the customer. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring transparency in cost, service timelines, and product quality.

• Handle warranty claims, replacements, and after-sales service for tyres and batteries. Ensure proper documentation, billing, and adherence to company processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

  Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good technical knowledge of tyres, batteries, wheel alignment, balancing, and related automobile services.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills. Sales & upselling ability.

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, CRM preferred).

• Qualifications & Experience: Fresher or experience  1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in Automobile/ Tyre/ Battery/ Service industry.

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile or related field preferred. Candidates from Tyre & Battery dealerships or workshops will be given priority.
