Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Technical Retail Associate to join our team in Jalandhar. The role involves handling walk-in customers, inspecting vehicles, and guiding them through the selling process. Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the retail branch.

• Inspect customer vehicles thoroughly and record details accurately.

• Explain the car evaluation and selling process to customers clearly.

• Build trust and convince customers to sell their cars through Cars24.

• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience from entry to deal closure.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer and vehicle details.

• Coordinate with internal teams for price evaluations and deal finalization.

• Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets for the location.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Graduate/ITI/Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–3 years of experience in technical, retail, sales, or customer-facing roles.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language + Hindi/English).

• Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle inspection will be an advantage.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
