Position: Technician / Project Engineer
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: Fresher – 3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Communication)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cabling work including laying, routing, dressing, and termination of cables (CAT6, fiber, power cables, etc.).

• Execute installation of devices, panels, equipment, and accessories as per project specifications.

• Support in testing and commissioning of systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, and other ELV/electrical systems.

• Conduct system configurations, basic troubleshooting, and resolving on-site technical issues.

• Ensure all installation and commissioning activities follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Prepare site reports, checklists, and progress updates.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

• Maintain tools, materials, and ensure proper documentation for each activity.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of cabling, installation, termination, and basic electrical concepts.

• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., continuity tester, multimeter).

• Ability to read layouts, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team.
