Must be from the Electrical/Mechanical maintenance background.

Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman. The ideal candidate will have a broad set of skills in general maintenance and repair work, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are maintained in excellent working condition, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·         To Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in and around the property.

·         Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall / Tile repairs.

·         Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.

·         Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.

·         Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

·         Maintain inventory of tools and materials and request supplies when needed.

·         Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

·         Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role.

·         Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.

·         Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

·         Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

·         Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work in various conditions.

·         Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

·         High school diploma or equivalent; certification in trade skills is a plus.

·         Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required).
