We need an experienced site supervisor to oversee the construction of our sports facility in Ludhiana. You'll be the on-ground executor ensuring that contractors, laborers, and vendors deliver as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards. This is a short-term, high-responsibility role for someone who can get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily on-site presence to monitor construction progress (turf laying, lighting installation, fencing, civil work)

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers to maintain timelines

• Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, delays, or issues to the remote team

• Maintain a daily checklist and send photo/video updates via WhatsApp or app

• Flag any deviations, material shortages, or quality concerns immediately

• Ensure safety compliance and proper site housekeeping

• Handle minor on-site problem-solving (material adjustments, layout tweaks)

• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules with the backend team

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience as a site supervisor in civil construction, infrastructure, or sports facility projects

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, basic English)

• Hands-on problem solver who can work independently

• Local to Ludhiana or willing to be on-site daily for 3 months

• Prior experience with sports infrastructure, turf installation, or outdoor facility construction is a plus
