Perform preventive and routine maintenance on all production machines used for sweet manufacturing and bakery operations.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and minor electronic issues in:
Mixers, ovens, sheeters, fryers, packaging machines
Cold rooms, deep freezers, display fridges
Gas pipeline systems, burners, induction equipment
Ensure zero downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns during production hours.
Maintain proper AMC records and service logs.
Repair and maintenance of:
Display counters (chiller/hot display)
POS counters electrical points
Lighting, signage boards
Small appliances used at counters
Regular visit to outlets for equipment inspection.
Knowledge of basic wiring, MCB panels, fuses, motors, compressors, blowers.
Identify faults and replace necessary parts safely and efficiently.
Ensure safety compliance while handling high-power bakery equipment.
Create and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all machines.
Maintain daily/weekly maintenance report and submit to Production/Operations Manager.
Track spare parts inventory and raise requirements in advance.
Coordinate with external technicians/vendors for major repairs.
Assist production team in safe equipment usage.
Provide technical support during installation of new machines or counters.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration.
2–5 years of experience in sweet, bakery, food production companies preferred.
Hands-on experience with kitchen & production machinery.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak production hours.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols.
