About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Helper to support the maintenance team in the Sponge & Iron industry. The candidate will assist in routine repair, installation, and maintenance work to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance fitters/electricians in repair and upkeep of plant machinery.

• Carry tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance activities.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and tightening.

• Support breakdown maintenance by providing timely assistance.

• Follow instructions from senior technicians and engineers.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

• Report equipment issues or irregularities to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass.

• Experience: 2–3 years in Sponge & Iron/Steel Industry.

• Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical/electrical systems.

• Willingness to work in shifts and industrial environment.

• Physically fit and safety conscious.
