🛠 Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Technical Executive to manage the maintenance and repair of arcade games and indoor amusement rides. The ideal candidate must be experienced with PC-based games, embedded systems, preventive maintenance schedules, and should have prior team management experience across multiple locations.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Perform chip- and board-level repairs for USA, Japanese & Chinese arcade games.

• Setup, install, and maintain PC-based gaming systems and payout settings.

• Configure and troubleshoot FEC systems like EMBED, SEMNOX, and vending machines.

• Develop preventive maintenance routines across multiple centers.

• Train and supervise junior technicians to ensure quality and consistency.

• Source and manage spare parts inventory locally and internationally.

• Install and maintain electrical panels for indoor rides.

• Coordinate reporting for game uptime/downtime and spare part requirements.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in gaming arcades, FEC, or amusement parks.

• Technical knowledge in electronics, EPROM programming, and computer assembly.

• Familiarity with fast-paced game software installations and troubleshooting.

• Prior experience handling regional or multi-store arcade maintenance operations.

• Strong communication and documentation/reporting skills.
