Job Description:-

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer for our client place based at Ghilot, Neermana (Rajasthan). A Junior Maintenance Engineer for Plastic Injection molding supports fixing and maintaining molding machines (presses, robots, auxiliaries like chillers/compressors) focusing on electrical/mechanical/PLC issues, performing PMs, troubleshooting defects (nozzles, hot runners, hydraulics, pneumatics), setting up new molds, ensuring safety, documenting work, and minimizing downtime for smooth production.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Electrical & Mechanical technician for Injection Molding Machine.

• Injection Molding Machine Loader, Oven, MTC, Hooper, Mixer machine knowledge

• To attend mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues of machine

• Perform routine preventive maintenance (with documentation) on injection molding machines, molds, dryers, and other auxiliary equipment

• Break down knowledge with documentation

• Troubleshoot processing issues such as short shots, flash, burns, splay, or dimensional inconsistencies.

• Follow all safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out processes, and company policies

• Spare parts handling

• Chiller & Cooling Tower knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Having good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system.

• Required 2-5 Years of experience in Maintenance area.

• Hands-on experience with injection molding machines is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
