Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance procedures on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and other system issues and performing necessary repairs.
Equipment Installation: Installing new machinery and equipment as needed.
System Monitoring: Monitoring and controlling building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations.
Emergency Response: Responding to emergency maintenance requests.
Collaboration: Working with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities.
Inventory Management: Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Diploma , HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a related field.
