Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Delhi (Pan India Maintenance Operations)
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience)
Experience Required: 10–12 years (preferably in the Lift/Elevator Industry)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Key Skills
Technical:
Strong knowledge of lift and escalator maintenance, AMC operations, breakdown and preventive maintenance, safety compliance, repairs and TIS execution
Expertise in manpower management, site audits, SLA monitoring, and government project coordination
Non-Technical:
Excellent leadership, communication, customer handling and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage overall maintenance operations including AMC, PM, repairs, customer care, call-outs, and material logistics
Drive AMC revenue growth, timely renewals, lost lift recovery, and efficient TIS execution
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and safety compliance
Lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and repair staff to achieve performance KPIs
Manage training, resource planning, and client relationship building
Handle government tenders, invoicing, and penalty avoidance activities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% Preventive Maintenance compliance
Less than 3 breakdown calls per lift per year
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.5 or higher
Timely AMC and TIS collection and renewals
Team retention and development
Efficient manpower utilization and revenue achievement
