Job Title: Maintenance Executive

Job Summary

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and preventive care of all physical infrastructure, machinery, and utilities within the organization. This role involves coordinating routine inspections, managing service schedules, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities

  • Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or structural issues promptly

  • Maintain logs of maintenance activities and service records

• 📋 Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Liaise with external service providers for specialized repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

  • Monitor quality and timeliness of outsourced maintenance work

• 🧾 Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to statutory safety norms and internal SOPs

  • Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies

  • Maintain documentation related to maintenance and safety protocols

• 🧰 Inventory & Resource Management

  • Track and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables

  • Raise requisitions for procurement as needed

• 📊 Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance status, downtime, and cost analysis

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance-related expenses

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general infrastructure

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
