### **Role Overview:**

As an Evaluation Engineer at Cars24, you will be responsible for inspecting used vehicles, assessing their condition, estimating value, and ensuring a smooth evaluation process for customers.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct **physical inspections** of pre-owned cars at Cars24 branches or customer locations.

- Check **vehicle condition**, including engine, transmission, tires, brakes, interiors, exteriors, and test drives if needed.

- Use diagnostic tools or mobile apps for **accurate vehicle assessment**.

- Generate **inspection reports** with photographs and detailed condition analysis.

- Estimate **fair market value** based on condition, model, and other key parameters.

- Ensure all documents (RC, insurance, etc.) are verified and recorded properly.

- Coordinate with sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer experience.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control.

### **Requirements:**

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

- 0–3 years of experience in vehicle inspection, evaluation, or automotive service.

- Good knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

- Basic computer or smartphone proficiency (for app-based inspections).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driving license (mandatory).
