8. Report daily activities, issues, and progress to the project supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

2. Experience: 0–3 years in meter installation, electrical maintenance, or field service.

3. Skills:

   • Knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.

   • Ability to handle tools and testing equipment.

   • Basic understanding of smart meters and communication protocols (preferred).

   • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

   • Good communication and customer handling skills.

4. Other:

   • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.

   • Physically fit to handle fieldwork.

   • Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
